I have been meaning to introduce myself over these journals for some time now, as I have had the pleasure of being given one upon their immediate release. However, my job is very demanding and high paced, and often times I am awake far into the night doing preparations for the next day. Communications with people outside of the office has, unfortunately, been severely limited. I decided to rectify this yesterday and attempted to visit a friend of mine. Upon realizing that she had made alternative plans for the day, I instead engaged myself by perusing through this journal and am proud to say that I believe I have caught up on everything. I had no idea how enlightening these were.
While I do not take part in playing Quidditch, I understand its importance and historic value to wizarding society and support the funding of the teams to the fullest. Miss Mori, Mister Wood, I think it is very honorable of your idea to have a fund raiser. I would like to pledge my support, should you need any. Though
is auctioning off dates appropriate I will politely decline any prize should I win and instead donate it to a more deserving individual who would
lower themselves enjoy them more.
That was really the only truly pressing matter deserving of public attention and response that I witnessed in perusal of this device. Everything else was mostly person to person messages
which could easily be sent via owl and thus not clutter up other peoples journals or diary entries
which is what a privacy hex is for, people, does no one read the instruction manual?, which I thought rude to infringe on if I was not directly addressed.
I am very fascinated by the vast range of those asked to participate in this journal project. The personnel ranges from top Ministry officials and war heroes all the way down to the
lowliest most depraved individuals who lead a decidedly different lifestyle. It is rather ingenious. Though you must excuse me if I do not respond to all of your entries, as I am very busy and seldom have free time to indulge in pleasures which aren't of extreme importance. However I will try my hardest to participate in the venture which I have been honored to be a part of.
